अब मंगल ग्रह पर बसेगा इंसानी शहर!

यूएई (संयुक्त अरब अमीरात) अपनी दौलत की नुमाइश और शोहरत के भूख के लिए पूरी दुनिया में मशहूर है. बादलों को छूती वहां की इमारतों के किस्से पूरी दुनिया में सुनाए जाते हैं. इसका जीता जागता उदाहरण बुर्ज खलीफा है, जो दुबई की शान है. अब यूएई की नजर जमीं से करोड़ों मील दूर मंगल ग्रह पर है. अब यूएई साल 2117 तक मंगल ग्रह पर दुनिया बसाने की जुगत में लगा हुआ है.

संयुक्त अरब अमीरात (यूएई) ने साल 2017 तक मंगल ग्रह पर शहर बनाने की अपनी योजना की घोषणा की है। यूएई के उप राष्ट्रपति और प्रधानमंत्री शेख मोहम्मद बिन राशिद अल-मकतूम ने कहा कि परियोजना का नाम ‘मार्स 2017’ दिया जाएगा. इस कार्य के लिए 100 साल के राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम के तहत यूएई विशेषज्ञों को तैयार करने के लिए एक खाका बनाएगा वही इस काम में अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र में महारत रखने वाले अंतरराष्ट्रीय संगठनों और वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों से मदद ली जाएगी. इसके बारे में जानकारी देते हुए शेख मुहम्मद बिन राशिद ने बताया है कि लोगो को हमेशा से दूर ग्रह पर जाने का सपना रहा है. जिसके चलते हम चाहते है इस अभियान का नेतृत्व करे.

शेख मोहम्मद ने मीडिया को बताया, दूसरे ग्रह पर जाकर बसना इन्सान का सबसे बड़ा सपना है. यूएई इस सपने को साकार करना चाहता है. इसके लिए वह दूसरे देशों के प्रयासों में मदद करेगा. यूएई ने अपने पहले मिशन को ‘मार्स होप’ नाम दिया है, जिसके अन्तर्गत 2020 में एक यान मंगल पर भेजा जाएगा. यह यान मंगल ग्रह से 14 हजार मील ऊपर उड़ते हुए वहां के पर्यावरण को अध्ययन करेगा. साथ ही  इसकी कामयाबी पर आगे की रणनीति तय की जाएगी.

उल्लेखनीय है कि पहले से अनुसंधान और पर्यवेक्षण उपग्रहों के साथ तेल से इतर अपनी अर्थव्यवस्था के विस्तारीकरण के लिए प्रमुख तेल आपूर्तिकर्ता देश अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में जगह बनाने की रणनीति बना रहा है. आपको बता दें कि यूएई की अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी अपने विकास मिशन को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए पहले ही अमेरिका, रूस और दुनिया के अन्य देशों के साथ सहयोग कर रही है.
