भारत में इस समय शादियों का मौसम चल रहा है। अपने यहाँ यह परम्परा है कि नए शादी-शुदा जोड़े को नया जीवन शुरू करने के लिए तोहफे के रूप में कुछ दिया जाता है। ऐसे कुछ लोग उन्हें पैसे देते हैं या घर की जरुरत के कुछ सामान देते हैं। इसी तरफ कदम बढ़ाते हुए राजस्थान की वसुंधरा सरकार ने भी नए शादी-शुदा जोड़ों को तोहफ़ा देने का विचार किया है। लेकिन तोहफे के रूप में क्या दिया जाएगा, इसके बारे में जानकर आप हैरान हो जायेंगे।

तोहफे में दी जाएगी कॉन्डोम और गर्भनिरोधक गोलियाँ:
दरअसल राजस्थान सरकार केंद्र सरकार की स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत चलाये जाने वाली योजना को बढ़ावा देने के लिए नए शादी-शुदा जोड़ो को तोहफे के रूप में कॉन्डोम और गर्भनिरोधक गोलियाँ देने का निर्णय लिया है। जी हाँ आप सुनकर चौंकिए मत, यह बिलकुल सच है। सरकार ने ऐसा तोहफा इसलिए देने का निर्णय लिया है, ताकि प्रजनन की दर को कम किया जा सके, जिससे बढ़ती हुई जनसँख्या पर नियंत्रण पाया जा सके।

राजस्थान के 14 जिलों को लाभ मिलेह इस योजना का:
इस योजना के तहत राजस्थान सरकार ने 14 जिलों का चयन भी कर लिया है, जहाँ इसे सबसे पहले लागू किया जायेगा। राजस्थान के बाड़मेर, पाली, सिरोही, बारन और भरतपुर धोलपुर, बंसवाड़ा, करौली, उदयपुर, डुंगरपुर, राजसमंद, जालौर, सवाई माधोपुर, जैसलमेर जिलों में इसे पहले लागू किया जायेगा। इस काम में गाँव की आसा कार्यकर्ता को नए शादी-शुदा जोड़ों तक कॉन्डोम और गर्भनिरोधक गोलियों को पहुँचाने के काम लगाया जायेगा।
14 districts of Rajasthan Mileh benefit of the scheme:

जनसँख्या पर नियंत्रण पाने के उद्देश्य से चलायी का रही है योजना:
उन्हें एक बॉक्स दिया जायेगा, जिसमें कॉन्डोम के साथ गर्भनिरोधक गोलियों के पत्ते और एमरजेंसी गर्भनिरोधक गोलियां भी होगी। केवल यही नहीं इसके साथ ही गर्भ की जाँच के लिए दो प्रेग्नेंसी टेस्टिंग स्ट्रिप्स भी दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा इसमें दुल्हन के श्रृंगार की वस्तुएँ जैसे, बिंदी, नेल कटर, रुमाल, कंघी और शीशा भी होगा। इस योजना को चलाने का बस एक मकसद है कि बढ़ती हुई जनसँख्या पर नियंत्रण पाया जाए और लोगों को सुरक्षित यौन सम्बन्ध के बारे में जानकारी दी जाये। इसके लिए स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा अलग-अलग राज्यों के 145 जिलों का चुनाव किया गया है।
